Terms and Conditions

Shipping damage to product is the responsibility of the carrier.  Please contact the carrier directly to make a claim.
If the shipment is sent prepaid FOB Destination, the Bill of Lading must be signed by the receiving party as being damaged. If the Bill of Lading is not signed as damaged shipment, it is the legal assumption that the damage was not the fault of the shipper.  Please make sure to inspect all products thoroughly on receipt.  We do not reuse packaging so if you see any suspicious damage to the exterior box which the unit was packaged in please sign Bill of Ladings as damaged.  If you require a claim please visit: www.purolator.com.

Returns

Any item which has warrantable, functional defect can be returned through our Warranty Program.  Please reach our support staff at the contact information posted here.

• All returns outside of warranty claims will be subject to 15% re-stocking fee. 
• Additional fees may be incurred if items are returned tampered with or missing components.  Products returned with missing or replaced original components will not be credited.
• All returns are at the expense of the purchasers.  Items may not be returned without proper authorization from Compugen Finance through our Warranty Program.  Once a Return Authorization Number has been granted purchasers have 15 days to return the product.  Failure to do so will void the original authorization.

Warranties

Unless otherwise stated all products are sold with 90 day depot, hardware, warranty.  We do offer extended warranty plans on most products on which you can purchase up to 3 years warranty.  These warranties guarantee that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration of the warranty.  Our warranties do not cover failures due to physical damage, misuse of the product, and / or software related issues.  Unless otherwise stated consumable components of our products are not covered by our standard warranties. Batteries – We offer limited warranty on laptops batteries guaranteeing batteries hold at minimum 30 minutes of charge while the notebook is under moderate use.  This guarantee only last the 90 days of the initial warranty.  Our extended warranty plans do not cover laptop batteries as they are a consumable.

Orders

Compugen finance reserves the right to refuse any order submitted through its online store.

Shipping and Handling

During regular volume periods we make every attempt to ship all orders within 5-7 business days.  This processing time is needed to License, restore, configure, perform final checks and package the items you are purchasing.  All shipments are made with Purolator transport unless otherwise stated or specified.  Shipping related damaged and / or losses are the risk of the purchaser.
